That’s OK in another month or two it will be snowing in the mountains and i will no longer go through the interstate corridor from Utah to Denver. Probably not 80 from California to Utah either. Because I have no snow chains and intend to not buy any.
Well I did go to work and I didn’t quite make it 20,000 miles or did I make it to 2,000. Bad experiences can ruin your day or even your life. Bad decisions in business can make or break you and everyone knows that with a small business. The company i was working for turned out to be a bad idea just like the one before. It seems like the trucking business is very unpredictable and all about the numbers. Have bad numbers and your day is shot.
Well back to work tomorrow. I’m going to see if i cant get a good 20,000 miles in again with no hick ups of any kind. If I could get a good 10 to 12 thousand miles in again before i come home would be enjoyable.
I can’t wait for season 2 of Ice Road Truckers to come on the History channel. Its interesting how they can monitor the ice thickness and figure weight restrictions for the road. Very interesting.
